This agreement applies to anyone listing products for sale on GameDesigners.online.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract, and you must provide accurate identity and payout information. We may request verification before your first payout.
2. Your content, your rights
You keep full ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, market and distribute your products to buyers on the terms of the applicable product licence, and to use thumbnails and previews to promote your listing and the Site.
3. What you warrant
- You own or control all rights in what you upload, including any third-party components, fonts, textures, samples or AI-generated material.
- Your products do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right.
- Your listings are accurate — the files, formats, poly counts, engine versions and contents match the description.
- Your files contain no malware and no hidden or obfuscated code.
4. Commission and payouts
We retain an 8% commission on each sale — you keep 92%. The current rate is always shown in your seller dashboard, and any change applies only to orders placed after it takes effect. The remainder is your earnings. You may request a payout once a week once your balance reaches $25. Requests are reviewed and paid to the account on your profile. 5. Taxes
We handle collection and remittance of sales tax and VAT on the transaction with the buyer where we are required to. You remain responsible for your own income tax and for providing any tax forms we are legally required to collect.
6. Refunds
Buyer refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Where a refund is issued on your product, the corresponding amount is reversed from your balance. Persistently high refund rates may lead to review or removal of your listings.
7. Quality and moderation
We review listings before publication and may reject or remove any product — for quality, accuracy, licensing doubt, or fit with the Site. We will tell you why.
8. Support
You are expected to answer reasonable buyer questions about your products within a reasonable time, and to fix broken files promptly.
9. Exclusivity
None. You are free to sell the same products on other marketplaces.
10. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. On termination we stop new sales of your products; buyers who already purchased keep their licence and their download access, and any balance owed to you is paid out on the normal schedule.
